Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
⚠️ Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We do not guarantee prepaid return labels
- Returns must be sent to the supplier or fulfillment address provided after approval (not always our business address due to dropshipping model)
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

- Clear photos of the item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will evaluate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Baby-use items once opened or used
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or discounted products
- Gift cards

Due to the nature of products designed for babies and children:
- Opened or used items cannot be returned
- This policy protects health, safety, and product integrity
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item:
- Request a return (if eligible)
- Place a new order
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, provided the item:
- Is unused
- In original condition
- Includes proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
